We understand that sometimes a piece may not perfectly suit your space as envisioned, which is why we’ve created a returns process that reflects the same care and sophistication we put into crafting our furniture.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dining Chair Cushions & Pads (due to hygiene reasons)
- Bed Frames and Headboards that have been assembled or removed from original packaging
- Any custom-order or specially fabricated items
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. - Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. - Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. - Ship Your Return
Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. - Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Important Note: For items damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return approval. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after return approval, appearing in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or damaged items.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item
- You may use this credit to purchase a new item from our collection
For exchanges, we will honor the current price of the new item if the exchange is processed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
