Shipping Information
We are delighted to serve a global clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way to your doorstep.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be utterly delighted with your Accent Aura piece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
- Dining Chair Cushions & Pads (for hygiene reasons)
- Bed Frames and Headboards that have been assembled or removed from their original packaging
- Any custom-order or specially fabricated items
- All items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts, documentation, and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after return approval and will appear in your PayPal account shortly thereafter.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged upon arrival or due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the standard return process outlined above.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
- You may then use this credit to purchase a new item from our collection.
For exchanges, we will honor the current price of the new item if the exchange is processed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
