Order Processing:
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before shipment.

Pricing:

Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
For quality and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dining Chair Cushions & Pads
- Bed Frames and Headboards that have been assembled or removed from original packaging
- Custom-order or specially fabricated items
Return Conditions:
All items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Repackage the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the box
- Ship the item back using a tracked method (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless item was damaged)
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
- PayPal refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after return approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged items or our error.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, we will issue store credit for the returned item’s value. Exchanges processed within 30 days of original purchase will honor the current price of the new item.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
